Sale Items :

All products marked down and purchased on SALE have a strict no returns policy. These items are not eligible for a return, exchange or refund.

Full Priced Items:

Items that have been purchased at full price are eligible for an exchange or store credit only when returned to us within 14 days from the date of purchase. 

All exchanges, incorrect sizing or change of mind returns must be returned in the original condition - unused, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached (if applicable). Charges associated with the postage of these returns for incorrect sizing or change of mind are the responsibility of the customer.

Not Eligible for Return: 

Dummies, Toothbrushes, Bottles, Sippy Cups, Underwear, Swimwear and Jewellery are non refundable products due to hygiene reasons. All sales of these items are final unless faulty. 

 Faulty Goods : 

We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent, we will happily organise a replacement or refund if the replacement cannot be provided.

In this case we will cover postage both ways. The refund will be made within 14 days of the product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.

Return Shipping:

All customers are liable for their return shipping costs. Zarlak Kids is not responsible for any missing incoming deliveries/returns. We recommend using registered post for all returns so you are able to track your parcel.
