Shipping Informatio

Our shipping providers are Australia Post, Aramex and TNT (FedEx). Costs are calculated at checkout based on size, weight and destination, and with Standard and Express options before you confirm your order. 

Please note due to size and weight, some products may not be able to be express posted depending on size and location-.

Oversized/Heavy Shipping rates Australia:

Oversized/Heavy items NSW, QLD, VIC, ACT: standard shipping $25 or Express $50

Oversized/Heavy items WA, NT,SA,TAS: standard shipping $40 or Express $70

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed 10am - 4pm Monday through Friday, and are shipped within 24 hours of placement - excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. Please note a 1-2 day processing and shipping delay may occur during peak times and promotional periods.

 

STORE PICK UP

You are welcome to collect your order from our store located in Terrigal, NSW 2260 from 10am - 4pm Monday-Saturday and  to 10am-3:30pm Sunday. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be collected. If you are no longer able to collect your order please call our team on 02 4384 7815 to arrange a postage payment, and your order will be posted out to you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number via email that can be used to track your shipment.
