PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed 10am - 4pm Monday through Friday, and are shipped within 24 hours of placement - excluding weekends and public holidays. If your order is placed on a weekend or public holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. Please note a 1-2 day processing and shipping delay may occur during promotional periods.


STORE PICK UP

You are welcome to collect your order from our store located in Terrigal, NSW 2260 from 10am - 4pm Sunday to Saturday. You will receive an email notification once your order is ready to be collected. If you are no longer able to collect your order please call our team on 02 4384 7815 to arrange a postage payment, and your order will be posted out to you.
