WARRANTY

MRS ERTHA grants a 24-month warranty to STRAPIES from the date of purchase. This warranty is only valid if the warranty certificate is dated, signed and duly completed by the brand or a brand reseller. Over a period of 2 years, Mrs. Ertha replaces the mechanical dial on any watch that, while in good condition, presents mechanical defects or breakdown. The Warranty for the replacement watch ends at the end of the Warranty for the replaced Watch.

- Before activating the warranty, check that the battery has no charge. Please change the battery at a trusted jeweller. If, after changing the battery, the watch still does not work, contact your retailer to replace it.
- The strap and glass are not covered by the 24-month factory warranty. However, if you consider that your bracelet/glass has a manufacturing defect and that it was not due to misuse of the item, please contact the retailer for a correct assessment of the situation.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
• All exchanges or change of mind returns must be returned in the original condition - unused, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached (if applicable).
• Charges associated with the postage of change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item and advise of approval for a credit or exchange only.
Dummies, Toothbrushes, Bottles, Sippy Cups, Underwear, Swimwear and Jewellery are non refundable products due to hygiene reasons. All sales of these items are final unless faulty. 

Faulty Goods :
We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent, we will happily organise a replacement or refund if the replacement cannot be provided.

In this case we will cover postage both ways. The refund will be made within 14 days of the product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.

Sale Items :
All products that are on sale can not be exchanged or be refunded for. Once a sale item is purchased, the sale is final.
