This bag is large enough for most popular bento boxes, and then some! All MontiiCo Bento Boxes fit inside the Large Insulated Lunch Bag comfortably. Crafted from a water resistant fabric for better performance against dirt and grime, with a quality aluminium lining and robust YKK zippers.

All lunch bags come with a self-contained gel ice pack that is independently certified as "food safe". The ice pack is included in its own black cover and is designed to fit perfectly in each lunch bag size. Each lunch bag has a separate ice pack pocket to keep the ice pack and food separated. This prevents condensation from forming and keeps the food dry. The Insulated Cooler Bags have a mesh inner pocket to hold the ice pack.

• To care for your ice pack, follow these steps: · Freeze the ice pack flat and without its black outer fabric cover. Remove any frozen residue on the outside of the ice pack before placing it in the cover/bag. Always place the included ice pack inside the black fabric ice pack cover before using it inside the lunch bag.

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
• All exchanges or change of mind returns must be returned in the original condition - unused, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached (if applicable).
• Charges associated with the postage of change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item and advise of approval for a credit or exchange only.
Dummies, Toothbrushes, Bottles, Sippy Cups, Underwear, Swimwear and Jewellery are non refundable products due to hygiene reasons. All sales of these items are final unless faulty. 

Faulty Goods :
We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent, we will happily organise a replacement or refund if the replacement cannot be provided.

In this case we will cover postage both ways. The refund will be made within 14 days of the product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.
