• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt.
• All exchanges or change of mind returns must be returned in the original condition - unused, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached (if applicable).
• Charges associated with the postage of change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return item and advise of approval for a credit or exchange only.
Dummies, Toothbrushes, Bottles, Sippy Cups, Underwear, Swimwear and Jewellery are non refundable products due to hygiene reasons. All sales of these items are final unless faulty. 

Faulty Goods :
We make every effort to ensure that all items shipped to you are in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that a faulty item is sent, we will happily organise a replacement or refund if the replacement cannot be provided.

In this case we will cover postage both ways. The refund will be made within 14 days of the product being returned to us in the same form as the original payment.
